I had an excellent experience refinancing my mortgage with Ralo. Arjun, Helly, and the entire team were extremely responsive and worked hard to get the loan across the finish line. Helly, went above and beyond to co ordinate the transfer of my existing appraisal, working through recertification, helping with multiple rate lock extensions while everything was being finalized. Communication throughout the process was excellent, and I always knew where things stood. I had another application with another lender at better rate and still chose to close with Ralo because of the speed, simplicity and certainty, and level of service provided. That says a lot about the confidence the team gave me through out the process. I would absolutely recommend Ralo to anyone shopping for a mortgage or refinance, and I would be happy to work with them again in the future.
